Changed App Store Account Region but cannot change Developer Region

Hello,

I moved from France to Singapore And I want to pay and renew my Apple Developer account However it will not allow me to select France as the country (see iamge)

I have changed my Apple ID Account Region to France, both through settings, browser and even Media purchases. And I have received confirmation email

My French address and credit card are displayed however when I try to renew my Apple Developer account, it only gives me the option of selecting a Singapore address

I no longer have a Singapore address and therefore cannot pay for my membership.

I would be grateful for some advice or direction on how I can set my Developer Account purchase to France

Also when I try to renew through the developer app on my phone, I get the same issue

My device knows that I am in France, but my Developer Account wants Singapore

I have that same issue - did you find solution how to fix it?

I called to Apple support, but they told me that need wait and may be some time it will be changed....
