I'm trying to publish my first game. In App Store connect there's the option to create an app in "apps" so I attempted to do that. However, the "user access" option I see is locked at "full access". I am unable to select "limited access" which I would prefer. Clicking the text, the circle, nothing works. Why is this option locked and is it even a problem with the website itself? Thank you.
