MacOS Builds disappear from App Store Connect

I have been trying to upload a critical bug fix MacOS build of my app since about 2 pm PT yesterday, 4-13-23.

I am uploading the builds with the Transporter app.

Transporter marks the builds as successfully delivered.

The new 5.3.6 version number temporarily shows up in the TestFlight tab of App Store Connect for an hour or two.

After that, the 5.3.6 version number disappears from the TestFlight tab of App Store Connect, and it's as if I never uploaded a build.

I don't receive any emails or errors regarding the build. Nothing major has changed in this build from a framework or signing perspective that leads me to believe this could be from a change in the build.

App ID: 1494196015

Thank you for looking at this as soon as possible.

I've submitted maybe 5 builds over the last two days, all had the same issue you describe. We haven't received any emails explaining why the builds are removed. Changes to the app since the last accepted build cannot be the cause. Is Transporter warning you to upgrade to iOS 16.1 too (below)? I have no other guesses why this is happening.

SDK version issue. This app was built with the iOS 15.0 SDK. Starting April 25, 2023, all iOS and iPadOS apps submitted to the App Store must be built with the iOS 16.1 SDK or later, included in Xcode 14.1 or later. (90725)

Yes. Saw the same issue with my app. Using appstoreconnect API to dig deeper, I saw https://contentdelivery.itunes.apple.com/MZContentDeliveryService/iris/v1/builds/[id] changes processingState between PROCESSING and FAILED.

Would love someone from Apple to clarify whether there are some issues with macOS TestFlight backend right now or something else we've been doing wrong. Also my app is built with the latest Xcode 14.3, MacCatalyst. It only happens for macOS, not iOS.
