Hey everyone,

I recently enrolled in the Apple Developer program and filled out all the necessary details. I received an order acknowledgment stating that it would take two days to process the transaction. However, it's been a week now, and I still haven't heard from them. I even sent them an email, but got no response.

I filled out the form twice more, once via the mobile app and once on the web app, but the problem still persists. I was hoping someone on this forum might be able to help me out.

If anyone has had a similar experience or knows how to resolve this issue, please let me know.

Buddy, I wrote 15 e-mails, made four calls. It's been a week and no response. I've already sworn that if I get one more reply, "We'll get back to you in 2 business days", I'll break my MacBook in half. It's funny we've been waiting over a week for an electronic license anyway. The only thing I've found on the internet, "outside of appl's site of course" is to send your ID to appl at this address https://developer.apple.com/contact/file-upload but be warned, you'll have to wait another 2 business days for verification.

Same thing here. They take your $99 immediately and then just go silent. That's called theft in my books. We need to do something about this abusive treatment!
