Hi all! I'm facing an issue with new update of TestFlight, 3.3.0, where the TestFlight app itself crashed when trying to install the companion Apple Watch app. When "Show app on apple watch" is switched on in the TestFlight app, TestFlight crashes. App cannot be installed through the Watch app either. Anyone else facing this issue??
Prior to the update the same version of my app was able to be installed easily.

I'm facing the same issue. I have 2 Apple Watches, Series 3 Cellular $ Series 7 Cellular. On the Series 7 (latest non beta 9xx) TestFlight 3.3.0 installs apps on to the watch. Series 3 (latest non beta 8xx) will NOT install watch apps.
I'm having this issue as well. I've observed a TestFlight install to a Series 3 watch will crash, while a TestFlight install of same app from same iPhone to a Series SE installs as expected.
I, too, saw this issue when using a Series 3 watch. I filed feedback, but do not know how long it would take for a response.
Same thing is happening to us. On S3, watchOS 8. On the watch app on the iPhone, it keeps showing the spinner as it's installing the app, never passes this state. And when tapping on "Show app on apple watch", it crashes.
I'm having the exact same issue. TestFlight 3.3.0 won't install my app on the Apple Watch Series 3, it crashes attempting to install. However, TestFlight is installing the same build on my Apple Watch SE without issues at all. Too bad because there's no way to install apps on the Apple Watch other than using TestFlight (or Xcode), as far as I'm aware...
Any updates/response from Apple for those who filed an issue related to this? I am also facing similar issue using TestFlight 3.3.0 (58) wherein it cannot install the WatchApp in Apple Watch Series 3.
I also filed feedback. Apple requested a sysdiagnose log. I sent the sysdiagnose log on March 24th. Feedback ID is FB12077327
I just checked the web version of Feedback and it looks like there is an upload form in the Apple request message. I originally used the Feedback MacOS application to submit the logs and I did so as a reply message as there is no upload form in the desktop app. Could this be the reason I havent heard back? Either way I just used the upload form on the web version of Feedback to upload the logs to see if I that will get a quicker response.
In addition for my issue, TestFlight crashes when installing on iPhone SE OS 16.3.1 even without watch install selected. Testflight also crashes on iPhone 14+ OS 16.3.1 without watch install selected. TestFlight installs worked fine on both phones with or without watch app install before both phone were updated to 16.3.1. The app still installs and works even though TestFlight crashes on the install but the watch app never installs.
Having this exact issue. Installs on 7, SE, but not on 3. Have changed phones the watch is linked to, have tried old versions of the app, but nothing is working to get the app onto the apple watch 3.
I’m guessing that it’s going to be a while before apple fixes this issue.
does anyone know how to rollback the TestFlight application to an older version?
