Yesterday we tried the new "automatically generated prices and new price points" feature which was all over the media, for our apps, since the page told us we should review our prices before the changes get applied on may 9th. We set the base country to Germany (EUR) and the price to 0,00€, since all of our apps are and will be free and let the wizard fill out the other 174 prices as 0.00 too. We are now prompted to accept the contract for paid apps, even though all our apps are free and all of our apps are not available in the store anymore and stating something like "pending contract" ("Ausstehender Vertrag" in German). This can't be how it's supposed to work, since the info for the paid apps contract clearly states that we can still release free apps without accepting the paid apps contract. Is there any way to fix this? We can't find the old dialog to set the app to free and our customers can't download our app right now. We know we could probably accept the paid apps contract and be fine, but honestly we don't want to right now, not without proper consultation. Did we miss something, is there any way to get this fixed? Has anyone had the same problem and solved it somehow? Any help is appreciated, thanks.
Can't release free apps without accepting paid apps contract
I have the same issue...
Thank you for letting us know about this prompt to accept the agreement for paid apps even though yours are free! We believe we have resolved the issue causing that behavior and you should no longer receive the prompt.

Here the same issue. It seems that it has not been resolved, it is still in the same situation. The app is not in the AppStore.
Almost a year later and I have this same issue. Was this solved for US developers but not Canadian developers?
