When I try enrolling in the Apple Developer Program (with this Apple ID), it asks for my ID for verification purposes. I tried 2 IDs multiple times, including a valid state drivers license, and it keeps saying that it cannot verify. The information in my Apple ID is consistent with the information on my IDs. Does anyone else have this problem, and is there a solution?
I can't provide any help, as I'm experiencing the same problem. I've tried using a US State issued driver's license, and a Passport. I've also tried scanning with my iPhone camera as well as my Studio Display camera, multiple times in all combinations. Not getting anywhere.

I have tried numerous times to enroll in the developer program using my iphone. It asks to take a picture of the front and back of my drivers licence and I have tried this at least 20 times and it does not work at all "Unable to Verify your information could not be verified with the provided details.". What am I supposed to do from here? There is no support or any other option to verify. Please help

Any luck, I have been trying for over a week, I tried two different forms of id's. I got a notification after few days to enroll again, still no luck. Its been a day since I emailed apple support, no response.
