I have a developer account and my brother wants to create a developer account so we can work and create account on the same mac device. Is this possible?

Hello,

This is indeed possible if accounts are registered to different persons. Just note that from this point, Apple will most likely treat both accounts as "linked", meaning if one account gets in trouble, the other one will also.

This is weird. One person should be able to have multiple business developer accounts, just like one person can have multiple businesses in life.
