Guideline 2.1 - Performance - App Completeness

We discovered one or more bugs in your app. Specifically, your app still exited to device’s home screen upon launch. Please review the details below and complete the next steps.

Review device details:

  • Device type: iPad
  • OS version: iOS 16.3

I keep getting this review message for the review team. I even tested with my iPad with that OS version and nothing wrong. I also attached a demo video on my iPad but still getting rejected with the same message. Any ideas?

Did you add a monitoring tool such as Sentry to get the logs ?

Sometimes issues are hard to reproduce in your own setup
