I seem to get quicker responses when I upload a whole new build than when I reply to a reviewer's question(s) in app review!
Is this the case for you as well?

It may depend how the reviewer formulated its rejection:
- if he/she asked for correcting in a new build, just do it.
- if you cannot correct and think there is a misunderstanding, you should reply and explain.
But submitting a new build that does not address the questions raised, in the hope that another reviewer will accept the submission, is a risk : review team may think you are trying to cheat the system by going to another reviewer. And that may even be a cause of account suspension…
So I prefer to play the game and reply to the reviewer.
