Subscription waiting for review for 3 days

I have an app which recently released a new version (3.0), including monthly and annual subscription features. This app version has been approved and published on the app store, but the required subscription is still awaiting approval and has been in this state for three days, preventing users from accessing the subscription features. Please help resolve this issue.

Hi Jiuhong! Has your subscription been approved and has the issue been solved? I'm kinda in the same boat with waiting on the subscriptions to be reviewed for my app. Wondering how long I have to wait...

The fact that you can publish an app that requires a subscription to work while the subscription has not been approved yet makes no sense at all. Apple should do something to fix that.
