I've sent my app for review and I've received the message saying we need additional time to evaluate your submission.
I have 2 questions:
1- While I'm waiting for this app to be approved, can I publish other apps to have them reviewed or they'll face the same issue?
2- If this app is approved, my future apps will face again this message where the review team need additional time to evaluate my app and my account?

Do you have any updates? I was in a situation like you on 10/11 and am still waiting now. 1/ I can answer that you can't update or publish any app in this situation. I tried to update another application, and it got the same message that it needs additional time to evaluate the submission and Apple Developer Program account.
I got the same rejection reason on 11/28, and it still didn't clear up. I tried resubmitting the app today, and got the same rejection.
Does anyone know what might trigger this? I tried reaching out for clarification with no success.
Im in this situation over 3 months, always got this message. In 8 months i managed to publish only 2 apps. Very frustrating for my company, because of this and i wont extend Apple Developer subscription next year. I tryed everything, submit and resumbit, contact support, publish only 1 by 1 app and no help, always message "other" that they need extra time to evaluate app that stays in status forever. Realy embarrassing from company like Apple. Other stores publish app reviews in max 48 hours.
I'm in the same situation. Is this still happening?
