Due to the current global financial situation, my company is likely to close in the near future. If our Developer Fee is not renewed (due June 2023), what will happen to our app customers beyond that date?
If the Dev fee is not renewed, I know of course that we will not get any further sales as our apps will no longer appear in the App Store. However, I understand from Apple's documentation that customers who have already purchased an app will be able to continue to use those apps. However, what happens to customers with a monthly auto renewing subscription? Will their access to the app just stop following their last subscription? Will they be notified by Apple that the developer has ceased trading?
Any comments or advice will be much appreciated.
