The app allows Creators to create subscription tiers at any price they want for their followers to subscribe to in order to get access to exclusive content, similar to Patreon.

A user can subscribe to many creators.

Is it possible to create subscriptions and allow users to subscribe to multiple different creators at once?

This can be accomplished by using multiple subscription groups. Customers can subscribe to each subscription group, so your groups can either represent specific creators or you dynamically assign a subscription group to handle each subsequent subscription.
