Required screenshots for iOS16 ONLY app

My app is built for iOS16 only. Not backward compatible with iOS15 because i am using the new AppIntents and Charts. When preparing for review I am required to submit 5.5" device screenshots (1242x2088). The newest device simulator with those dimensions is an iPhone 7 which is incompatible with iOS16 so I cannot run my app to create these screenshots. Has anyone else run into this or know a way to get around the problem? Thanks in advance...

That's not correct. iPhone 8 Plus is 5.5". And that works well, including with iOS 16.

I submitted a lot of screenshots with it.

Note: size is 1080 * 1920. There is no device with 1242x2088, only 1242x2688 for Xs Max or 11 Pro Max, which are both 6.46"
