App Rejected for other reason - Account and Submission Investigation

Hi all, I'm about to publish my first app to the Apple store. My first submission was rejected for a number of different reasons, but I solved the issues and I resubmitted the app again on Friday. Apple replied with this message:

Hello,

Thank you for submitting your app for review.

We need additional time to evaluate your submission and Apple Developer Program account. Your submission status will appear as "Rejected" in App Store Connect while we investigate. However, we do not require a revised binary or additional information from you at this time.

While there may be a delay due to high submission volumes, we are working to complete our review as soon as possible. If we notice any issues that require your attention, we will let you know via App Store Connect. If we find no issues with your submission or account, the submission will be approved.

We will notify you as soon as there is new information to share. Other review inquiries may be filed via the Apple Developer Contact Us page.

I set the release date of my app for the 20th October, but I've read of people who had a lot of issues with the review process or who have been stuck in review for months, so I start to believe my app won't make it for this date.

Did anybody else have the same message from Apple? Do you think it's still possible for me to make it? Thank you

I am in the same situation as you. My app was rejected after the first submission and resubmitted after modification. And our app is prepared for the 2022 World Cup. I don't know if we can solve this problem before the World Cup starts. If we can't,I might lose my job. Sad~

If Apple engineers can see this problem, my AppID is 1644078969. I hope this unfair problem can be solved..

It's been already more than 7 business days, and I'm still waiting for a meaningful reply from Apple. I have already rescheduled the launch because I don't even know if I will ever hear from them at this point. I read so much crazy stuff about people being stuck for 3-4 months without any reply. I hope if anybody sees this from the Apple App Review can help me. After almost 1 year of developing this is really frustrating.

@BusterBrown17 do you have any suggestion for me? After being stuck for 10 days, I rejected it and resubmitted it. But it got rejected again with the same message.

My account all apps be rejected, the same message. more than 15 days, no continues. Anyone passed?

My first app is same situation in 10.21, and no any response for now. So sad, I develop it spent more than nine month.
