i have an empty media remote UI appearing on my lockscreen even though im already playing spotify, is this a bug? how can i fix it welp

I have the same issue. If I restart it goes away it eventually it comes back. It appears to have something to do with Apple Music but I don’t have it installed. My Siri and text message microphone isn’t working either. All since the new IOS 16 update. HELP

hold the ‘X’ button on the top right of the mediaremoteui and click ‘clear all’
Do any of you guys use youtube music? I think its a error connected to the media app you are using. I deleted the app completely, did a restart , downloaded the app again and there is no error anymore. Good Luck!
