I'm trying to subscribe to the Apple Developer Program and been waiting for over 3 months and nothing, also sent many support ticket only got one response (to upload my ID) and didn't solve, after that nobody help and I don't know what to do. Already tried to enroll many times but nothing, I'm from South America and I don't own iPhone...
