Unable to save Pricing information

I am getting an error when trying to save Pricing Information in App Store Connect.

I get error in the Network tab that looks like this:

"status" : "409",
"code" : "ENTITY_ERROR.RELATIONSHIP.INVALID",
"title" : "The provided entity includes a relationship with an invalid value",
"detail" : "PriceTier with id '0' does not exist.",
