I have created devices and the status is showing eligible for 14 days. When I tried to create provisional profiles then it says that I have to create devices first but I have two devices already created. (see attachment)

What the hell Apple support team is doing? I've reviewed many same queries but no one with the answer.. Apple Support team is sleeping even not responding to support emails from 3 Months. This was posted 6 Months ago but no answer...
