App stuck in review - does anyone know how to contact Apple?

It's for a launch - Android & web are ready and we are held back by Apple. We submitted for review at the start of the week, first the app was rejected twice for the same reason (despite an explanation being provided) and now nothing.. does anyone know how to expedite it or if its possible to release without approval?

Isn't it because your app did not comply with some guidelines ? In this case, problem is apparently more on your side.

When app is rejected (what reasons ?), it does delay further review.

There is no way to expedite, just contact support.

I have never experienced that Apple-Review rejected without a reason. In the rejection message, they refer to a guideline your app doesn't comply to or a crash, etc. And if you don't fix it (or demonstrate review, that your app met all guidelines) than you never get through. And no, there is no way to release through the App Store without an approval.
