Will my drivers and software that's now running on Monterey run on Ventura?

I’m concerned with possible software and driver crashes with Ventura.

The drivers and software I'm most concerned about is the driver for my Pioneer DJ controller model DDJ-SR2 and the software I use to DJ with called DJ Pro AI from Algoriddim. I contacted both companies and they told me that they haven't started development on their drivers and software for the Ventura just like many other software companies.

Since I'm on the beta testing program, I really want to install Ventura on my M1 chip MacBook but I also want to be able to still DJ at gigs also with Venture running.

Can you tell me if Software and drivers developed under Monterey will run without crashing on Ventura or what I need to set in Ventura so they will run?

Thanks in advance.

Truly, Emad

Did you ask directly to Pioneer ? They most likely have done tests.

Yes, I did ask both Pioneer and Algoriddim and both companies told me they have not done any development or testing of their software and drivers on Ventura.

They should do… Have you a "scapegoat" Mac on which you could test Ventura ? But take care, Ventura is beta, so tests may not be fully representative.

My one cent advice: wait sometime before upgrading to Ventura if those drivers are important for you. After a few months, you should get an answer from drivers writers.

I do, but it's not supported since it's a 2015 MacBook Pro.

Looks like I will have to wait because both companies also told me to wait until they do testing.

As an update to my post, I found out that DJ Pro AI from Algoriddim has been updated to work with Ventura. Unfortunately, Pioneer told me not to upgrade because they didn't yet test for my particular controller.

Has anyone out there tested it on their DJ Pioneer controller with Ventura. I really want to upgrade.

Will my drivers and software that's now running on Monterey run on Ventura?
