I have the same problem. For me, the "Apps" page just stays completely blank.
One of my apps went to "In Review" status yesterday (23:07 UTC+2) - since then I haven't received any feedback.
Contacting support only results in completely stupid standard emails.
According to Apple's own status page https://developer.apple.com/system-status/ the problem is fixed - this is definitely not the case!
