Ventura Beta 4 is not showing up in Preferences on Mac Studio

I had this issue, but in my case it turned out to be a very simple issue: I was running the Public Beta, not the Developer Beta. Once I downloaded the dev beta from developer.Apple.com, it worked. Hopefully it’s that simple for you too.

This is the dev beta. I reinstalled the Developer Beta Access Utility and that triggered the update.
