when following the steps in https://beta.apple.com/sp/betaprogram/unenroll
in software update there is no details button. Any ideas how to un-enroll?

Did you manage to figure this out? I've got the same issue and can't find a solution.
yes I clicked learn more the part in blue and there I was able to un-enroll. Though this did not help and I could not downgrade to Monterey and after a while with the apple support team we ended up erasing the hard drive and installing Monterey through an external drive.
I am also stuck on this. Tried to contact customer support but no help so far. Anyone has solved this?
