App Transfer - Back log slowing it down just now?

I completed an App transfer 3 days ago. Receiving account accepted and got an email acknowledging it had accepted the transfer saying:

It can take up to three hours for the app to transfer.

It's been 3 days and the app is still in the original account.

At what point should we be concerned and raise a support ticket?

We're assuming it is just a large back log of transfer requests that is holding up the final part?

I thought I'd close this one off with what happened incase anyone else ran into this. I opened a support case with Apple and it turned out to be caused by:

Our engineering teams found that the transfer caused duplicate App IDs

I was asked which App ID I wanted deleted and after I picked one, carefully, the transfer went through. Don't know how I managed to created duplicate App ID's, it's an old App, but I had and that was the sticking point.

Transfer was completed successfully. All good now.
