Bug: Almost any window still opens behind the current window. Like a Settings window. Can't bring it to the front.

Bug: Another bug is in System Settings; Privacy>Accessibility, window won’t scroll; then vanishes.

It is important to file bugs. That's the purpose of beta versions.
