Hi,
I want to create an app for a book lending which belongs to the catholic church. The small lending fees are for buying new books.
Since we, a couple of people, who work voluntarily for the book lending and do not get any financial support from the church (they don't have money for this), we can not afford the $ 99 yearly fee to build an app.
Is there a way to get the membership fee waiver?
It would be nice if I get a positive answer.

I personally have never heard of Apple waiving annual the Apple Developer Account fee since the account is fundamental to providing you with the services and support you will need to deploy your potential application, but if you are unable to raise these funds internally, it might be worth using one of the crowd funding platforms and seeing if others will rally behind your new idea and could be an encouraging experience!

I've read on the Internet that a non-profit organization, an accredited educational institution or a government agency do not have to pay those $99.
And isn't our book lending a non-profit organisation?

Thanks! There it says: "To join the Apple Developer Program at no cost as an eligible organization, select the option to request a fee waiver when completing enrollment." Unfortunately I can not find the internet address for the enrollment. Please help.

I found the page and found out that for our book lending I would need a DUNS-number. But I can not get one for our book lending. So I have to forget to use the Apple Developer Program.
