You can enable it using the menubar control center.

  • I made a little test Mac app using SwiftUI and it seems to ignore Stage Manager -- is there anything you have to do to support Stage Manager in your own apps?

  • It is invoked the same way on the iPad Pro 12.9 as well.

  • I can't seem to find this setting. I tried System Settings.app > Control Center Any hint? ty

Do you need to do something in your apps to support Stage Manager?

I also cannot seem to find the setting to enable or invoke.

M1 or greater is required for Stage Manager on iPadOS. Is this true for macOS Ventura also?

  • I have a 2021 M1 Pro and cannot seem to enable Stage Manager. for whatever that's worth

Stage Manager works find on my 2017 MacBook Pro. The main reason that iPadOS requires M1 chip is the system RAM size.

No. mine is i5 iMac 2017. works fine.

I am running MacOS 13 beta 22A5365d and about 2 beta's ago, I totally lost stage manager. It is not in my control panel nor on my menu bar. however, it is in the settings but greyed out. any advice? I was just getting used to it
