I went to https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/ and I can only see people and not my app nor any other tabs. I have the admin role. Please fix.

What !!! That's not a request for the forum. People here are developers, not Apple employees, hence with no access to Appstore management and not to be ordered for action.
You'd better contact Apple support. Good luck.
