I have the same issue. There are no rejection reasons or responses that I can find, so I do not know what to fix. Can anyone at Apple give us some guidance on why localizations are rejected? I can't find anything in the Review Guidelines or docs about this.

Same issue here - English localization is rejected two times in a row with no explanation why.
