Getting the following message all day today and so are other team members:
Generate Promo Code The promo code for the following could not be generated. Try generating it again.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue? How can we resolve this? The app is for sale and we have issued codes already so this is not a first timer issue or anything.
I'm also experiencing this error. Have you guys been able to resolve it?

I am having hte same issue. I talked to a representative and sent them all the information they requested but haven't received any response. I need to send these promo codes on the next day or two.
The issue has been resolved now for us, but we did engage the support of the Apple team for this to happen.
