While add new users to the App Store Connect, get "Gateway Timeout" Error

Hi,

I tried to add new users to the App Store Connect, however I get error "Gateway Timeout". Please see the attached screenshot. How can I fix this issue? Thank you.

yes just happened to me in london 11:35 BST London. UK Add user > Shows error with no info. no Pending user setup on the dev portal. User got the email. clicked on it but said no apps appeared. I added them as Customer Service first with one app thats in beta testing internally so not released yet..got error. Tried again with admin and all apps ..same unhelpful error.
