Bug report When I makeup and wear a mask my iphone (13 pro max) couldn't recognize me! so couldn't unlock my iphone!!! When apply a mask ( carbon cream mask ) on my skin, my Iphone couldn't recognize me!!!!! so unable to unlock!!!!!!!!!

Which iOS version ? unlock with mask should be available in iOS 15.4. But your eyes must be clearly visible (no sun glass). If you also make up intensively, that may make recognition impossible (the same if you turn the head backward 😉).

May I have a question: are you just trying to push faceID to the limit or is it a serious concern ?
You can set up an „alternate appearance“ in the password and security settings, that should take care of your Make-up issue. If you want to unlock your iPhone with a mask on, you need an iPhone 12 or newer. If you have an Apple Watch, you can set that up to unlock your phone as well : )
