Respond to Reviews Error

Hi, recently our support team has been getting this error:

"You must enter a valid user review ID to respond to a review."

Anyone else having this issue?

Yes, our company is seeing the same error message this week as well. Would love to know how to solve it.

Hello, I'm having the same problem. When I try to answer a user review, it appears the same message. Also, those reviews are not showing up on the App Store. I would like to know what's going on and how to solve it as soon as possible. Thank you!
