After updating 15.4 beta to version 3, I am now having great difficulty connecting to devices via Bluetooth. Only after several reboots and manually turning Bluetooth on and off will the iPhone connect to Bluetooth devices. I did not see this behavior in version 1 or 2.
Anyone else having this problem?
IOS 15.4 beta update took away my Bluetooth devices as well. Have reset twice still working at it.
I had Bluetooth issues as well. Although my Sony and Bose headphones would connect with Bluetooth audio, the Sony Music Center and Headphones apps as well as the Bose Music and Connect apps would not longer recognize the devices. I could remove and add the devices again to the phone through the apps but then when the apps tried to "talk" to the headphones, the apps failed saying no device detected. Same story with my Amazon echo auto car device where Bluetooth audio would work but the Alexa app built in or on the phone couldn't work together.
This morning I updated to 15.4 (19E5235a) and now the bug is gone and the apps are happy. So are my kids since they can control the music in the truck again 🤨

Most of my devices are work under beta 4, I found my RIVA TURBO X is not work. Compare my daughter's beta 3, which is work well.
For anyone else having issues with 15.4 I had a ton of problems with 15.4 on a iPhone 12 Pro using AirPods Pro, they continued to disconnect right after 30sec to 1min and the device was not visible in the list of bluetooth devices. So I went on and tried it on my phone at work which is a iPhone 7 with 14.6 and it worked perfect so I restored my 12 Pro to 15.3 and it seems to work really good now.
