I'm have a problem during app store review. My app was rejected more many times.
Although I have already resolved the issues apple suggested, it still cannot be accepted for submission for review. apple team though answered but didn't explain my app problem, so I hope the team can tell me what information will be needed for me to provide the best review.

Guideline 2.1 - Information Needed
Please review the following questions and provide as much detailed information as you can for each question.
- Is your app restricted to users who are part of a single company? This may include users of the company's partners, employees, and contractors.
- Is your app designed for use by a limited or specific group of companies?
- If yes, which companies use this app?
- If not, can any company become a client and utilize this app?
- What features in the app, if any, are intended for use by the general public?
- Identify the specific countries or regions where you plan to distribute your app.
- How do users obtain an account?
- Is there are any paid content in the app? For example, do users pay for opening an account or using certain features in the app?
- Who pays for the paid content and how do users access it?
Guideline 2.1 - Information Needed
We have started your app's review, but we were unable to successfully access all or part of your app.
In order for us to continue the review, we need to have a way to verify all app features and functionality. Typically this is done by providing a demo account that has access to all features and functionality in your app. It is also acceptable to include a demonstration mode that exhibits your app’s full features and functionality. Note that providing a demo video showing your app in use is not enough for us to continue the review.
Next Steps
To help us proceed with the review of your app, please provide a user name and password in the App Review Information section of App Store Connect. Please be sure that the demo account includes content that demonstrates the features and functionality available in your app.
To provide demo account information:
- Log in to App Store Connect
- Click "My Apps"
- Select your app
- Click on the app version on the left side of the screen
- Scroll down to "App Review Information"
- Select the "Sign-in required" box
- Enter demo credentials in the "User name" and "Password" fields
- Once you've completed all changes, click the "Save" button at the top of the Version Information page

- Our app just only for the Doctor who are our partner (not a company). The Doctor Partner will request us to make some services like lab work, genetic testing, biopsy, ultrasounds, MRI, medical imaging, gastroenterology, endoscopy, ...
- No, we have just corporate with Doctors, not working with the company.
- Just "News and Document"
- Now, just Vietnam, in our Plan, we will deploy to global in the near future.
- The partner need to contact us for some commitments, provide to us their Mobile phone number. After all information are approved by my company, the Partner account will be activated.
- No, the user is not required any fee to use our app feature.
- Our app is not required for any fee. Howerver, if the end customer uses our services at Our Clinic (lab work, genetic testing, biopsy, ultrasounds, MRI, medical imaging, gastroenterology, endoscopy, ...), they will be charged the services fee (offline at the clinic).
