I made a new app and filled all info (description, build, keywords ..)
I submitted it to review and the state of my app was changed from " Prepare for Submission" to " Ready for Review"
Should I do something from my end ?
I don't have any "submit for review" button enabled .. I don't know what to do , I am stuck

You should soon receive a "ready to test on iOS" or "Waiting for review" mail. That may take a few hours.
Could you show the appstore connect screen to double check ?
It is now stuck in Ready for Review state for 4 days now !!
As pre the states you mentionned , it was like that before but now it changed with this new updated submission policy

At the top there is like a blue box that says a version has been added for review. click the link-text in there. on the next page there is a submit-for-review button. It used to be on the main page. I waited 2 weeks before realizing it.

Yes there is a link. But when I click this link, I waited several minutes and nothing can display... That's too bad!
