Can anyone show me all of the current prices for the price tiers, It won't let me enroll in the Apple Developer Program. I just wanted to know what the prices were as I'm very curious. Unfortunately I can't access the page that let's me view the price tiers because I am not enrolled in the Apple Developer Program.

A quick Google search will return lots of links explaning the available price tiers.
Agreed. It shouldn't be this difficult to see an up-to-date list of the pricing tiers. Why does it seem like everyone but Apple is trying to provide this information?
