There has been no response to the account reinstatement request

Our App CPU-x was taken down and our account was blocked. We think this must be a misunderstanding, we always bring the best experience for our users, the user's rating and feedback is the best testimony, and the downgrade so far there are many users asking when we can re-download, the App is important to them. In order to continue to serve our users, we sent a request to Apple review team to re-review, but there has been no response. I hope asking questions here will help, thanks!
