Apple account renewal

The situation looks so weird because tech support even stopped responding to emails.

Since September, I've been trying to pay for a developer account. I used:

  • different banks
  • different providers (MasterCard and Visa)
  • different types of cards (debit and credit)

Each time, like a prayer, technical support insists that the problem is on the side of financial structures. Damn! I even made screenshots of chat with the bank that they have no restrictions on the transfer of money.

I can use ApplePay, I can pay for purchases in AppleStore, but I can’t pay for the account. Can you say frankly why this is done?

Similar problem. I have been trying to renew for 3 weeks now and no one will take a payment over the phone even though I am unable to renew online. Phone calls have a 20 minute wait time to speak with someone who won't\can't help and emailing does not seem to work either. Only 3 days left to renew . . . Apple, Where Are You?
