Starting this September my sales (proceeds) and financial reports don't match. For example in November I had 6 sales with 1000 USD total proceeds, and my financial report shows only 1 sale for 126 CHF. The sales were not near the beginning/end of the month. My September, October and November financial reports are ALL WRONG, and Apple owes me around 1800 USD so far. I've reported the problem, but the only response I got was "you will get paid when your earnings reach the 150 USD limit". Clearly they didn't read my message, just copy/pasted a standard answer. :-( I've reported the issue once more, still waiting for their response. Very-very upsetting, and raises a lot of questions about their integrity.
Proceeds and financial reports don't match
FYI: it seems that starting this September the Proceeds reports in AppStore Connect also include any app downloads with a PROMO CODE!!!!! It's a significant change and they should've warned iOS developers about this... I'm sure I'm not the only one who noticed the difference between the Proceeds and Sales reports. So now if you take a look at your expected income (Proceeds), it will show a false amount if you had any installs with a promo code... :-(
