How do I create redemption codes for my custom app to distribute globally to users in my business with their own devices?
160,000 users 38 countries - which are all listed on your business manager guide and in the Apple Store connect listing.
The first batch I have created only work in the US where are head office is. But I need to distribute all over the world.
Redemption codes are only going to work in the country associated with the ABM account (which sounds like it's the US). Distribution via MDM and licenses would allow you to hit all countries, but it sounds like these are unmanaged devices.
Apple should fix this ASAP... not all Apple customers live in the USA..
We face the same issue with a client at the border of Switzerland, Germany and France...
