Deploying Progressive Web Apps (PWA) on Company iPads via Microsoft Intune MDM

I can certainly create a configuration to deploy a regular weblink to hundreds of iPads; this is not the issue.

Unfortunately, the deployed PWA link opens in Safari as a standard webpage. User or technician must physically SHARE the PWA link to homescreen so that it indeed behaves like a PWA instead of simply opening in a regular instance of Safari.

I want to deploy a PWA without user intervention.

I noticed in Windows 10, there is information that Edge puts within PWA desktop shortcut that appears to notify Edge of PWA.

Is there such a thing that I can add within Intune to "tell" Safari weblink should be treated as a PWA in iOS/iPadOS?

Win10 Edge Example: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft\Edge\Application\msedge_proxy.exe" --profile-directory=Default --app-id=agppbfmacifbkcgpcpcbdmpjhbcanloi --app-url=https://www.bmwusa.com/ --app-launch-source=4

I would like to be able to do this with JAMF.
