I created a new Apple ID and created a new apple developers account however when I try logging into App Store connect it gets stuck at review_agree.
on inspecting the console I found out that this was the error it was throwing ailed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 401 () https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/WebObjects/iTunesConnect.woa/ra/ui/log

Just trying to create a dev account. But stuck in https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/review_agree We cannot finish the enrollment nor upload an App.

Its same for me, review_agree is blank and I cant go anywhere else
same for me, i have paid and review_agree shows a loader loading forever
What solved this issue for me was using the browser from my phone.
