Has anyone encountered the same problem? Has your payment resumed? I sent the email but didn't get a reply. This is my only income. I am so anxious to wait!

It took 3 weeks from the same letter to unlocking payments! Don't worry, I think it'll be okay

We got the same email for the second time. Our payments have been on hold since October and no explanation has been given.

I also have this problem for more than 30 days now. Everything was fine until I changed the bank account payment is made to.. I keep asking them what the problem is but they always give vague answer. You can't really know what the issue is with their response. This is my main source of income and its frustrating tbh. If anyone know anyway to solve this, pls let us know.

Still nothing yet. I keep messaging them but they keep sending back automated response. 2months now and nothing. Although I’ve now seen an expected payment date but I’m not certain yet because it was the same case last month! Fingers crossed.

They should at least indicate what the problem is on why it was paused and how to fix it. They just send vague mails repeatedly and I can’t really figure out what’s going on. It’s very inconvenient because now I have to look for money else where to pay for my hosting to keep my app running for users.

I also just had the same problem. A big company but has a very slow and untransparent way of working. We all have to spend money to rent a developer account to upload our apps to the store, spend a lot of money on infrastructure. I even had to hire RevenueCat service to process in-app purchase. Their slow handling makes me miserable. I don't even know if they will keep quiet or find some silly excuse to rob me of my money.

If they continue to remain silent, is there any way I can sue them?
