Your app preview contains unsupported or corrupted audio

There is currently a problem uploading videos to App Store Connect. I keep getting this error even if my app previews have no audio.

Is there anyway currently to upload app previews?

I've also tried to remove the audio from QuickTime and export a new video, but I still get this error message. Any ideas what the problem could be?

Hey Brooks, I ran into this problem as well but I just added iMovie audio to the app preview and it worked!!!!
