I have submitted an crypto currency app (only our token, not others) and it got rejected. We used our company name say "***", but our brand name or currency name is different like "BitYYYY". So we created a business account for *** and then submitted the app say BitYYY Wallet. But the app got rejected with following explanation

``Guideline 3.1.5 - Business - Payments - Cryptocurrencies


We still found that your wallet app facilitates the transmission of a virtual currency but was submitted by an Apple Developer Program account registered to an individual, which is not appropriate for the App Store.

Next Steps

Your wallet app must be published under a 'seller name and company' name that reflects the product BitYYY``

Any idea how to resolve it. Creating a new company with the same name as product is possible, but is the right way to fix it. Even if we did that, then what happens if we want to publish another app within the same company which has different app name..

any suggestions or inputs will be appreciated..

So I have been working with Apple the last couple months on this and they have yet to provide a definitive answer. They give me the same answer each time I speak to them, but that answer doesn't make sense. They sent me screenshots of another project and told me that they pulled the screenshots from my app, which isn't the case. I continue to ask them questions but they won't give me an actual answer. We are also a DEX that facilitates their needs, but we aren't SHIB or another multi-million/billion dollar project so they aren't approving us. Anyone get an answer on this one?
