Monterey Beta: No Horizontal Scrolling w/ Inertia in Finder

Hello! M1 MBP + Monterey (latest Beta; fresh install yesterday). I have no horizontal scrolling w/ inertia in any Finder window, but vertical scrolling w/ inertia works just fine.

Horizontal scrolling w/ inertia works in every other app. I've even toggled the switch in Accessibility just in case.

Thoughts/ideas welcomed!
