Hello,

I would like to cancel the Apple Developer Program,

Enrollment ID 38GPK4TWxx,

Member Name Information: ***.

I have not done the payment yet and would like to update the member name before purchasing.

However, I couldn't find how to do this on the developer's website.

And can't sent request from Support Center Page

My English is bad, so I can't using a call!
Also, it always return error in console logs when I sent request support by email method

Of course, Could you give me Apple Support Center's email,

I will send a support ticket directly via email

The best way is to go into developer.apple.com, and then getting in touch with Apple. If that doesn't work out for you, then you can get in touch with Apple is by going to https://getsupport.apple.com and then contacting them via chat. They will solve/redirect you to the Apple Developer team, who would assist you.
